4. Data storage and retention rules
4.1 Data Storage Methods

The user‘s core notebook data is prioritized to be stored on the user‘s local device, and cloud backup data is stored in an encrypted manner, protecting the data through cryptographic algorithms to prevent risk of plaintext storage.
4.1.2
All stored data has access control set up, with only authorized operations personnel having limited access under service operation scenarios, strictly limiting the range of data access.
4.2 Data Retention Period
4.2.1
Note data that is actively created by the user remains until the user actively deletes, clears the data, or logs out of the account.
4.2.2
Operational data such as application run logs, failure logs, etc., are retained only for the necessary period, and will be automatically and completely cleared upon completion of the period, without additional retention.
